What is an opinion survey?

An opinion survey is a structured, mostly quantitative survey that Nextyn fields across panels of vetted experts and specialists. You bring the questions. We recruit the right respondents, run the survey and deliver a clean, analyzed read on what that population actually thinks. Because the panels are built from our own expert network, you can survey senior operators, niche specialists and hard to reach decision makers.

What it answers

Answer how many, not only why

  1. 01

    Pricing and willingness to pay

Price sensitivity answered by the people who actually hold the budget for the category, with a base size the board can test.

  2. 02

    Feature and concept validation

Which parts of a proposition carry the decision, quantified across practitioners rather than inferred from six interviews.

  3. Charts and response data spread across a desk
  4. 03

    Market sizing and adoption

How widely something is used, how often, and how strongly, from a sample screened to the profile that matters.

  5. 04

    Tracking on a fixed cadence

The same wave, the same criteria, quarter after quarter, so a single reading becomes a trend rather than a snapshot.

  6. 05

    Vendor and brand perception

How a category is regarded by the practitioners inside it, cut by role, market and company size.

How it works

How an opinion survey runs end to end

Our research lead owns the questionnaire and the panel, and nothing is fielded until you have signed both off.

Nextyn IQ

A number is only as good as the sample under it

  • The number, and the sample behind it every figure comes with the base size and the screening criteria that produced it, so the board can test the finding
  • Segments underneath the average cut by role, market, company size or whatever the decision turns on, because the average often hides the answer
  • Everything lands in Nextyn IQ the readout, the segments and the full dataset in one place, searchable across your team and alongside the rest of the project
  • Run the same wave again field it a second time on identical criteria and a single reading becomes a trend
