In short

Expert network companies in India include Infollion, Insight Alpha and Flexing It, which are based in India, global networks with Indian offices such as GLG, Guidepoint and Third Bridge, and regional networks such as Nodes and Nextyn. Choose on the experts you need, their languages and regions, how they are screened and your time zone.

Expert network companies in India fall into three groups

Some firms are based in India: Infollion, Insight Alpha and Flexing It. Global networks run Indian offices that serve clients and recruit experts locally: GLG, Guidepoint and Third Bridge each name a Mumbai office on their websites. Regional networks cover India alongside other markets: Nodes, headquartered in Singapore, and Nextyn, founded in Mumbai.

Every description here comes from the firm's own website, read in October 2026, and a firm appears only where its website names an Indian office or base. Other global networks may serve India from elsewhere, so ask any firm where your project team would sit.

Expert network platforms for industrial consultants in India need plant and channel experts

Industrial questions in India are answered by people in plants, distribution and purchasing: a plant head, a procurement manager, a state distributor. A good platform reaches those operators, covers the states where your client's plants or customers sit, and offers more than one to one calls, such as field immersions on the ground and expert panels of several practitioners.

An engagement platform for strategy and management consulting in India covers calls, surveys and consultants

Consulting teams use two kinds of platform. An expert network supplies calls, panels and surveys during a project, for work such as market sizing. A talent marketplace supplies independent consultants who join the team. Flexing It is built around the second. The other firms here are built around the first, and several add placements: Nodes offers on demand talent, GLG offers advisory placements, and Nextyn offers long term consulting support and interim and fractional executives.

Investment intelligence platforms in India pair expert calls with a searchable record

Investors researching Indian companies use calls with former executives, channel partners and customers to test a thesis. An investment intelligence platform adds the record: transcripts your team can search later. GLG, Guidepoint and Third Bridge each describe a transcript library on their websites, and every Nextyn call lands in Nextyn IQ, where transcripts are searchable across your team.

What to look for when the experts or the market are in India

Four points matter most when the work centres on India.

  • Languages: Many senior calls run in English, but a distributor or a plant supervisor may give a fuller account in Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Marathi or another language. Ask the network to confirm each expert's language before you book.
  • Regional coverage: India's markets differ by state and city. Ask for experts by location, such as a distributor in one state, rather than for India in general.
  • Compliance: For listed Indian companies, the line to hold is unpublished price sensitive information, the term used in the SEBI insider trading regulations. The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 also covers how personal data, such as expert profiles and call recordings, is stored and shared. Our guide to expert network compliance lists the questions to ask.
  • Time zones: India Standard Time is five and a half hours ahead of Coordinated Universal Time and does not change with the seasons, so India is ten and a half hours ahead of New York in winter and nine and a half in summer.

If the model is new to you, start with what an expert network is.

On demand interview services in Bengaluru and Karnataka

A search for an on demand interview service company in Bengaluru, Karnataka usually means one of two things. One is an expert interview at short notice: a call with a former executive, engineer or customer, held by phone or video. The other is on demand talent, where an independent consultant or fractional executive joins a project for a set period.

Firms in this guide offer one or both. Nodes lists on demand talent for workshops and projects, Flexing It is built around independent consultants, and Nextyn runs expert calls and places interim and fractional executives.

You do not need the firm to sit in your city, because expert calls run remotely. A local office gives you a team in your time zone that knows the market. Nextyn has offices in Bangalore and Mumbai. Offices change, so check each firm's contact page for its current locations in India.

Where Nextyn fits

Nextyn is an expert network and primary research firm, founded in Mumbai in 2018 and headquartered in Singapore since 2022. Our offices are in New York, Singapore, Mumbai, Bangalore and Jakarta, with teams in the USA, Singapore, India and Indonesia, and a dedicated US team serves active US mandates.

Clients include private equity firms, venture capital investors, hedge funds, investment banks, consulting firms and corporate strategy teams. We cover twelve industry groups, and a research lead owns each brief from first conversation to transcript.

You work with Nextyn through an upfront engagement agreement, and project scopes draw down against it. Every expert is screened for conflicts and material non public information before booking, and where your policy and ours differ, the stricter applies. Each engagement keeps a record of who was approached and what they were screened against; see our compliance page.

You can see how teams have used Nextyn in our case studies, for example building a chemicals cost curve with plant operators and testing a short thesis on an industrial company.
