Rasesh Seth

Rasesh Seth

Rasesh is currently the Managing Partner at Nextyn.

Prior to joining Nextyn, Rasesh was the head of innovation and strategy at uFaber Edutech, an education technology company based out of India. He has also been a member of the corporate advisory team at Grant Thornton, working on both domestic and cross border valuations and deals.

With his ardor driven by finance, he holds a Master's and a Bachelor's degree in the field from the University of Bath, UK and Christ University, India, respectively. He is also a member of the CFA program and is pursuing his CPA from Pennsylvania, United States.

Rasesh serves as the Managing Trustee of Deed Indeed Foundation, a non profit impact organisation leveraging technology to help solve domestic issues. He is also a Gold Medalist in the Duke of Edinburgh Award, and has been honored by the Former Vice President of India, Shri. Hamid Ansari.

Akriti Chakravorty

Akriti is a Partner at Nextyn.

Akriti is an exuberant, hardworking individual full of life. Unlike most individuals her jaunty approach and creative side flows on to her professional work life as well keeping her ever-enthusiastic about her work.

Working two years in Diligence and a year in audit for Grant Thornton has proved her excellence as a certified chartered accountant. During her time at Grant Thornton she has worked on transactions ranging from five million to two billion dollars across sectors. Her experience and demeanor make her the ideal candidate for managing customer relations, acquisitions and business development for the company.

Apart from her professional work life Akriti strongly believes in giving back to society. She dedicates countless hours of her week towards educating underprivileged kids.

Vaibhav Mandhana

Vaibhav Mandhana

Vaibhav is a Partner at Nextyn.

Vaibhav has worked in Grant Thornton for more than six years. He is a multidisciplinary leader wearing multiple hats. His role encompasses a range of responsibilities including operations, business management, business development, and long-term goals.

He is a Chartered Accountant and is pursuing CS. He is also a member of the CFA Program. He is constantly looking to identify newer, more efficient tools and opportunities to better the direction of the Company.

Vaibhav is inclined socially and is the Founder Trustee of Deed Indeed Foundation, a non profit impact organization leveraging technology to help solve domestic issues across the world.

 

Aneri Dani

Aneri Dani

Aneri is the Head of International Taxation at Nextyn.

She specialises in solution-oriented advisory and compliance services on Indian domestic & cross-border taxation and exchange control regulations.

Aneri Dani is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2010 and has secured 47th All India Rank in final examination. She also holds an LL.M. in International Taxation (4th Rank) from Leiden University, Netherlands and LL.B. from Mumbai University.

Her work experience of over 6 years includes association with a big four consulting firm, a renowned mid-sized chartered accountant firm & a top law firm in India.

Akshay Jain

Akshay Jain

Akshay is currently a Senior Market Entry Strategist at Nextyn.

Prior to joining Nextyn Partners, Akshay worked at Paharia Marble Industries, where he was tasked with expanding the business and building a stronger network. He is extremely passionate about promoting ideas and entrepreneurship, with a focus on scaling up promising enterprises.

At Nextyn, Akshay specializes in assisting clients operationally set up and bring to life their concepts in India. He focusses on the Fintech, IT & ITES and Hospitality sectors.

Akshay holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics, India.

Aditya Somaya

Aditya Somaya

Aditya is currently Vice President, Operations at Nextyn.

Aditya had previously worked as the India marketing manager for at Reichle & De Massari, a globally active developer and provider of cabling systems for high-quality network infrastructures, based in Switzerland. He handled the advertising, public relations, events and mar-com functions for the organization.

With his experience in managing operations for a global network infrastructure company, Aditya currently specializes in advising and handling client development and operation activities for Nextyn in India.

He holds a master’s degree in Media and Communication from Symbiosis International University, India as well as a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Chirst University, India.

Sneha Bansal

Sneha Bansal

Sneha is currently a Market Entry Strategist at Nextyn.

Prior to joining Nextyn, Sneha has worked extensively in the Hospitality sector, aiding a tech enabled marketing platform develop its business across the country.

At Nextyn, Sneha caters to the North and South American markets, specializing in developing the business and aiding several technology centered companies enter the Indian market.

Sneha holds a degree in Business Administration from the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.

Kartik Mehra

Kartik Mehra

Kartik is currently a Market Entry Strategist at Nextyn.

Prior to joining Nextyn, Kartik has worked extensively in the retail tech sector, enhancing the business of a domestic F&B retail company in foreign markets through partnerships and Joint Ventures with International players.

At Nextyn, Kartik manages the European and African markets, specializing in developing the business and aiding several retail brands and technology centered companies enter the Indian market.

Kartik holds a degree in Business Administration & Management from the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
